Slow down

This week is dragging by for some reason. It's only Wednesday but I keep thinking tomorrow is Friday. Wishful thinking.

KJ had a great time at volleyball camp this week and today in the serving competition she won a Nike equipment bag embroidered with the high school's logo. After today's session she had some friends come home with her to go swimming. She's been out in the sun so much this summer, she's got gorgeous highlights and she's coconut brown.

Tonight T & I met w/ the photographer regarding her senior portraits. This is someone who's taken T's photo several times over the years for various events and he asked her to be a senior class rep. They've got some exciting things planned and it should be fun! Things are so different from when I was in high school. If I remember correctly, we had our senior photos taken in alphabetical order against a basic, boring background in the school gym.
