Chinese Breakast

The scripture says, "A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.”
Good thing I ate my breakfast already. The Today Show has a segment on typical Chinese snacks -- crickets for breakfast. I'll stick to my toasted English muffins and tea thank you very much.
Had a wicked headache last night and didn't sleep great. I woke up very snuggly and had a hard time getting out of bed. Got some cleaning today. Whoo Hoo!!!
Supposed to be a really nice day today. The sun is shining. I think Chris has men's practice tonight; maybe I'll walk around the track while he's practicing.
I haven't signed the girls up for fall dance classes yet but they start next week. My fall and spring are quite literally going to suck: Monday is freshman football, Tuesday-Thursday are the girls dance classes, Friday nights will be Varsity football games (which T needs to participate). Sunday is fall ball lacrosse for 6 or 8 weeks. While Chris & the girls are at fall ball, I'm going to take a Yoga class on Sunday afternoons. Then, come spring time, football will be replaced by lacrosse (both girls & Chris) and I think KJ still wants to do softball. T has made up her mind that last year was her last softball season. KJ also has it in her head that she wants to start taking drama classes somewhere. Just what I need.

I hope you like the yoga classes. I took yoga for over two years when I was still in PA and loved it. I didn't have any back pain and my headaches went away. I am getting back into it next week.

OMG Yoga rocks I am thinking about that same class. we'll see. As far as Drama classes, CDF (children's dance foundation) in homewood offers Drama classes and they do a production, last year it was Romona Quimbly...so cute!
