You know I love a rainy day as much as the next person, just not when I have to go out in it and run errands. I thought today would have been the perfect day to get some things done while Chris was at his football draft. I picked up KJ from her friend's, drove up to the Summit and had lunch at Johnny Rockets. I needed to get a shower gift for Amanda (got her a crock pot from her registry @ Bed Bath & Beyond) and I needed to get a gift for our new little great-niece (although I still think of myself as far too young and sassy to have a great-niece!). Went to Swoozies for Eva Marie's gift but was very disappointed in the baby section. Not much there. We went to Urban Outfitter's for T (she luv, luv, luvs that store!) and we also went to Francesca's. From the Summit we went to Patton Creek to check out the baby gifts at Wrapsody. Again, not much there. Love Wrapsody -- it's one of my favorite stores and they have the most awesome seasonal decorations! From there we went to Barnes & Noble so I could look for the 3rd book in the Twilight saga. I only want it in softcover, not hardback. No such luck. Went to Wal-mart so T get could something for her "big sister" on the dance team. Picked up pizza on the way home and now KJ & I are watching Ella Enchanted w/ Anne Hathaway. God! She is SO gorgeous!!!
