Drove to Pell City this afternoon to pick up our new puppy, Trixie. I can't believe how teeny-tiny she is. Much smaller than Buddy was at this age. She was really good during the car ride home and slept on KJ's lap the whole time. Trixie came in the house, walked around for a little bit, peed on the floor and fell asleep in her little doggie bed for almost 2 hours.
T met us in the garage when we got home and quickly grabbed the dog from KJ. She gave us a really hard time about getting antoher dog but admitted to me yesterday that she didn't want another dog because she was afraid she'd get attached to it the way she was attached to Buddy. Anyway, I think Trixie has won her over. She told me that Trixie is cute but don't tell KJ.
