Last day before the 2011-2012 school year starts. Taking a few minutes to reflect and I think we've had a pretty good summer! Went to the beach for T's b-day, Cosmo & KJ went to New Orleans, lots of lacrosse tournaments, T went to Baltimore, dance camp, band camp, volleyball camp, DYW pageant, lots of sleep-overs, lots of pool time. I guess that's what summer's all about!
Going over some last minute things with KJ. She's a little nervous about tomorrow and has been walking around the house reciting her locker combination, her bus # and her classroom schedule. She's been asking me random questions all morning: how many times will I get to go to my locker or should I just wear my backpack? what should she bring the first day of school? is this outfit OK?
T, on the other hand, is sitting at the pool working on her tan.
