We only have 6 sweet little babies in our class (maybe 5 today, Grace has been @ Disney World; not sure when she's coming back). I'm sure Margaret can handle it but I think Tricia was going to call some subs for me since I was in no condition earlier this morning.
KJ is also home today because when I woke her up for school, she had a wicked cough. Sounds like black lung. She just asked me to make her some hot chocolate. I think she's just plain worn out. Monday & Tuesday she was up very late and hasn't slept very well.
I have another lead to follow-up on later today. A woman called at 5:45 AM this morning (yes, you read that correctly) on her way to work. She said a house in the very back of Lake Cyrus has a big German Shepherd and since last weekend there's been a little dog in their backyard that looks a lot like Buddy. I'm glad people are calling me, it means they've seen my signs but my heart breaks each time it turns out NOT to be the Bud-ster. Keep your fingers crossed and keep us and Buddy in your thoughts and prayers. We haven't given up on finding him.
I'm looking forward to the long weekend and having Monday off w/ the girls. T wants to have some kids over this weekend for a "par-tay." Honestly, life is one big party for that kid.
