No Joy in Hoo-ville Tonight




So sad to report Hoover lost to Vestavia tonight. We didn't go to the game but listened to the 4th quarter on the radio and on-line. It's been a rough, long season. I'm glad it's over and we can start fresh next season. However, my heart goes out to the seniors. I know how difficult and upsetting tonight must be.
On the flip side, if Hoover was going to loose to anyone, I can't say I'm "glad" it was Vestavia, but Vestavia is a worthy opponent. It's a huge rivalry and both team fight hard for the honor each season.

In other football news, dear Hubby is in a tizzy. Not sure what he's going to do tomorrow night. Alabama vs. Auburn game is on the same time as the Kansas vs. Missouri game. Not entirely sure why cares about Kansas OR Missouri but he's discussing setting up 2 TV's (apparently picture-in-picture will not cut it Saturday night). Roll Tide Roll!
