Kendall was complaining last night at dinner that she never gets to go anywhere, she never gets to do anything, Taylor gets to do everything . . . go to the beach w/ friends for spring break, go to her friend's lake house, Disney World, etc. Lo & behold not 45 minutes later, her little friend Andrea called and asked if Kendall could go with them to Alabama Adventures today (a small theme park and water park nearby). The funny thing is, Andrea's Mom, Mrs. Sunday, will be Kendall's 2nd grade teacher this year. We've known Andrea since Kindergarten and the girls are also in scouts together. Andrea has slept over our house several times and Kendall has been to their house to play. This is going to be weird! I keep telling Kendall she needs to be on her best behavior today. Maybe this is a test and Mrs. Sunday is going to give her a grade before school even starts! Ha! Ha!
Spoke to Taylor last night. She was sitting in a bar somewhere in Tampa drinking. Shirley Temples that is. That had gotten together w/ a bunch of Laura's friends from Tampa and today are planning to spend the day at the beach. She should be home Friday.
Chris has to go to Dallas for a few days early next week but he'll be home in time for the first day of school. He's never missed one yet!
